Shipping policy

Free shipping is available on all orders over $100, A flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 will be charged for replacement.

All of our products are shipped directly from our store in NSW.

Australia Post Deliveries: Delivery time frames are as above. All Australia Post deliveries are sent with postal tracking. We use Australia post as our preferred delivery service.

Local pick is available for all products but please ensure you contact us first via hello@corinakminerals.com.au prior to your pickup.

All orders require a signature on delivery*. Someone must be present to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign, your order will be returned to either Australia Post for you to collect in person or to the courier depot for you to call and arrange a suitable time for them to re-deliver.

*You may also request an 'authority to leave'. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left on your premises. We take no responsibility if an item goes missing after it is delivered. If you prefer this option, you MUST state this in the 'note to seller' section before you complete your purchase. This can not be altered after checkout.

PLEASE ALLOW 24 - 48 HOURS FOR PROCESSING OF ORDERS. In most cases your order will be processed and shipped immediately on the SAME DAY however due to peak periods and public holidays may take in excess of 48 hours. If we are in a "closed period" you will be notified of excess shipping times.
